Customer Support

Job Description

Air Comm, a leading national 2-way communications solution provider, is adding a Customer Support Specialist to its growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in customer service and/or supporting a sales team. This position is full-time, with the opportunity for training and future growth within the company.

The Customer Support Specialist will report to the Support Manager and assist with various tasks throughout the company. This role requires a commitment to providing superior customer service as well as support to all departments throughout the company.

Responsibilities

The support role is responsible for assisting our customers, both internal and external, with daily tasks. These tasks vary and can include the use of different tools, such as the following:

  • Accounting and/or CRM programs such as SAP, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Sugar, Etc.
  • G-Suite, including Google Docs, Drive, Calendar and Gmail
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Requirements

· A successful candidate will be able to:

  • Display a strong commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Manage and organize not only their time and tasks but assist others with time management as well
  • Stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Work well with others with a wide variety of personalities and temperaments
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and through the written word
Work Environment

This position is an 8-5, Monday through Friday position working in an office with a cohesive team.
