Air Comm, a nationwide communication solutions leader, is looking for experienced National Account Managers to join our team in both our Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT locations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
As a National Account Manager, you must have negotiation skills as well as the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
Ensure brand consistency
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
Solid experience in sales and customer service
Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements
Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Suite
Strong communication skills
Availability to travel as needed
Base salary, plus commission
