Outside Sales/Solutions Specialist

Job Description

Air Comm, a nationwide leader in Voice and Video technology, is seeking an Outside Sale/Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local and national accounts. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be hunting new business, as well as growing current business within Air Comm’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

Sell Air Comm’s Voice & Video Solutions Portfolio

  • Two Way Radio Systems (Motorola, Kenwood, Titan Radio, etc.)
  • Cellular Bi-Directional Amplifiers o Dispatch Consoles
  • Emergency Radio Responder Coverage Systems
  • CCTV Systems (Avigilon, SentraCam video, etc)
  • Remote Video Monitoring
  • Access Control
  • Radio Alert Integration
  • And more
Requirements

Attributes Air Comm is looking for:

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Self-Starter and Self Driven
  • Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn and understand new and changing technology
  • Ability to ask the next question and get the close
  • Well organized
  • Works well in a team atmosphere
  • Punctual and Responsive
Work Environment
  • Network with key customers, and within industries to grow new business.
  • Work with current customers to capture more of their business in product offerings they do not currently purchase from Air Comm
  • Work with Engineers and Service Staff to design complex systems.
  • Build relationships with customers to uncover pain points, and create a solution to solve their issues.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Negotiate Contracts
  • Act as a liaison between customer and internal teams, ensuring all expectations are met
